FRIZZAI! is aimed at commercial customers. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Since FRIZZAI! only concludes contracts with entrepreneurs, participation in proceedings via this platform is out of scope.
