Terms for salon subscriptions. Placeholders and plan details must be finalized before launch.
Scope
These terms apply to the use of FRIZZAI! by hair salons and other commercial customers.
Service
FRIZZAI! provides a web-based consultation and kiosk PWA that enables salons to offer AI hairstyle previews.
Contract conclusion
The contract is concluded by activating a plan through Stripe Checkout or by individual agreement.
Demo access
Public subscriptions start as paid plans directly through Stripe. A free demo access can be requested individually and activated separately.
Prices and payment
Prices include 19% German VAT where applicable. Billing is monthly through Stripe.
Customer obligations
- The salon obtains required end-customer consents.
- The salon does not misuse the product.
- The salon provides correct mandatory information.
Availability
We strive for high availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure remain reserved.
Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.
Privacy and DPA
A DPA is concluded for the processing of end-customer photos.
Final provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office where legally permissible.
